Sikh Temple Visit
This is a Cub Visit only at this time – separate visits may be arranged for Beavers & Scouts if the Section Leaders want to do that.
Hi Cubs
For those keeping up with the developments of this website, you may have noticed the Spring Term Planner was recently updated to show a visit to a Sikh Temple in Leeds on Thursday evening, 20th March.
This will help us to find out about a Faith other than your own and I’m quite looking forward to this visit having not been to a Sikh Temple before.
We are going to the Guru Nanak Nishkam Sewak Jatha Gurdwara which is in the Beeston area of Leeds – see the Google map below.
We will meet AT the Temple at our usual start time of 7pm. The visit may run slightly longer than our normal meeting up to 9pm but if possible we will try and finish nearer to 8:30pm.
Please let Ziggy know by email if you will be attending – if any parents would like to stay and take part in the visit also they would be welcome!
Please download and bring the permissions form down to cubs to secure your place!
